What exactly is a bully stick?
A bully stick is a single ingredient dog chew made of 100% beef. Bully sticks are made from a bull or steer's pizzle. Good Dog Jordie bully sticks are a whopping 30-40 inches long when they finish drying. Most bully sticks are cut down to 6" or 12" long so they can become a manageable dog chew.

How often can my dog have a bully stick?
Most dogs enjoy one bully stick each day. Bully sticks are very high in protein so its always important to factor in how much of protein your dog is eating with bully sticks while they eat their regular diet. As always, monitor your dog whenever introducing any new treat, chew or food to their diet.
Are bully sticks safe?
You should always supervise your dog when they're eating any treat, to ensure that they're chewing it properly and not trying to swallow it whole. Since bully sticks are easily digestible, even if a dog swallows a small piece, it should pass through their gastrointestinal tract without causing a blockage.
